Designed for Windows Mobile 2003, 5 & 6 this client application is simplicity itself. Large buttons for touch sensitive PDA screens or full use of the ‘D’ pad controls allows authors to dictate quickly and easily. They can store dictations for completion later or submit them for typing straight away. Using Activesync push technology dictations are sent back for automatic processing anywhere a data signal is available. Route them to the nFlow server or if applicable forward them to another Digital Dictation Workflow System.
The advent of V4.2 of the BlackBerry OS now makes dictation on a BlackBerry possible. This means owners of 8700 (with the v4.2.1 upgrade), 8100 Pearl, 8880 and 8300 devices can dictate with nFlow Mobile on their BlackBerry, send immediately for typing or store it for later. Using the BlackBerry Enterprise Server or BlackBerry Internet Services dictations are routed automatically to the nFlow server. As with the Windows Mobile client dictations can also be forwarded to another Digital Dictation Workflow System if applicable.
Upload and profile dictations from anywhere the Internet is available. Using the latest .Net technology the web upload has been designed with portable voice recorders in mind. Authors require noting more than their USB cable to upload their dictations to the nFlow server for immediate processing. Whilst doing this they can add profile information such as date/time required, work type and a client matter reference. Fully compatible with the DSS format the web upload provides a truly remote way of getting dictations back for typing.
The web upload email gateway provides an effortless and automatic method of submitting dictations for transcription. Designed to compliment most download and email software supplied with portable dictation devices, authors can attach an audio recording to an email and send it to the gateway where the author will be instantly identified and the audio routed to the appropriate secretary. Full compatibility with the DSS standard makes this gateway functional with a wide range of recording devices.
nFlow digital dictation software can also be supplied with options that support Citrix and Terminal Services remote access, VPN, and a fully functional telephone dictation interface optimised for mobile telephones.
