Using simple key pushes from the keypad on the phone to control dictation users have nearly all the facilities they get with the PC based dictation solution. You can also enter information such as whether the dictation is urgent or not once you have completed the dictation. It's simple and easy to use with a pleasant recorded voice that prompts users to assist throughout the process.

Optimised for mobile phones

The solution is optimised for mobile phones to ensure loss of signal does not mean a loss of work, plus you have the ability to drop the call at anytime to take another and then call back in and pick up exactly where you left off. With nearly everyone having a mobile phone this solution gives any firm a cost effective mobile solution for all users without having to make a significant investment in portable recording devices that get broken, lost and have to be brought in to the office to get the work transcribed.
