Desk Based Support And Field Engineer - Witham, Essex
The desk based support and field engineer role is key part of the implementation and support team within nFlow. The role includes desk based support, field engineering and software testing. Based at our offices in Witham, Essex you will solve customer problems, travel throughout the UK to customer sites, and carry out software testing in our lab at Witham.
Project Management
Assistant Project Manager - Witham, Essex
The Assistant Project Manager’s role is primarily to project manage the rollout of digital dictation systems to our customers, ensuring a successful outcome. As such this role is the liaison between the customer and the nFlow team, and so are vital to the success of the company. Coordinating the installation, training, consulting and customer acceptance of the solution by the customer is the vital focus of this role.
Sales & Marketing
Sales Executive (Midlands) - field based
This sales role is primarily a new business role although responsibility for ensuring continued renewable revenue and extra services revenue from existing customers also plays a significant part. It will include networking and prospecting for new business,demonstrating our software, preparing and submitting written quotations, negotiating and closing, assisting nFlow technical staff and post sales customer account management.
Sales Support Executive - Witham, Essex
As part of the sales team this sales support role is to primarily support the field sales staff in managing existing customer accounts to ensure our award winning reputation for customer focus is maintained. It will include regular contact with existing customers as well calling prospective customers to arrange meetings for the field sales team. Whilst maintaining customer satisfaction will be a priority this role will include a reasonable degree of sales and if the opportunity presents you will be expected to sell. This role will provide a good basis for someone with limited sales experience who wishes to pursue a career in field sales in the future.
