Top 40 law firm Bond Pearce have selected nFlow and Tikit as their Digital Dictation software and services supplier. As one of the largest regional firms in the UK, Bond Pearce is currently rolling out the system to 510 lawyers and secretaries in Bristol, Exeter, Plymouth, Southampton and London.
Bond Pearce ran a pilot of the system throughout August and September with 70 users in Bristol, Plymouth and Southampton. Following rigorous testing, the solution is now being rolled out across the entire firm using Bond Pearce's existing server infrastructure, allowing teamwork across all of the firm's secretaries and thereby delivering better value to their clients, one of Bond Pearce's core commitments.
Bond Pearce and Tikit/nFlow Project Teams undertook detailed planning to ensure sufficient resource was allocated to the project to achieve the requisite goals. nFlow installations are straightforward and well documented at a technical level, and this greatly assists the planning of this type of project.

This digital dictation project will move into its third phase next year, when nFlow will be integrated with Bond Pearce's existing Interwoven DMS and will be accessible across a Citrix Terminal as part of their remote working and access projects.
