In a category packed with major legal IT players, digital dictation developer nFlow has been awarded the coveted Litig award for the 'Best customer focused supplier' at the prestigious Legal Technology Awards. The category, which was a special achievement award, was judged by a panel of highly respected legal IT professionals, who based their decision on testimony from nFlow customers.
Commenting on the award, nFlow Finance and Personnel director, Jim Park, said, 'We spend a lot of time and money making the difference for our customers with our service. This was recognised last year when we were the first company in our class to be awarded 'Investor in People' status. In a market where we are up against big companies with lots of resource, winning this award was an amazing moment for the whole nFlow team and fantastic recognition of their straightforward and conscientious approach to looking after our customers.'
'We really did not expect to win this as award as competition was hot. In the words of another short listed company, this was the one everyone wanted to win.' added nFlow Delivery Director, Tony Moxham, 'I know it's a cliché, but we firmly believe that this demonstrates the value in the message, big enough to cope, small enough to care.'
The award was presented to a extremely happy team from nFlow by Litig chairman, Mr Derek Southall, at a gala dinner at the Sheraton Park Lane Hotel in London's Piccadilly on the 19th of January 2006.
