Access is limited to essential personnel. We maintain a strong perimeter with strict access control. Our security staff are on-site 24/7 and we keep careful record of who is allowed into the server area.
All hardware is fully protected from fire, floods and natural disasters. In normal operation, power is drawn from the power grid but the data centre operates uninterruptible supplies and has on-site generators, in case the external supply fails.
