nFlow, a leading supplier of digital dictation solutions today announced the launch of and partnership with dFlow, a new sister company established, specialising in digital dictation solutions and document management for law firms operating throughout the Benelux region. dFlow will operate as a separate entity to nFlow with the ability to sell, implement and support nFlow digital dictation as part of its product suite.
dFlow has been founded by Juul Leijnse and Eugene Haarmans both previously working for leading resellers and dictation suppliers. “Having worked in the digital dictation space for some years now I wanted to make sure I was working with an innovative and technologically advanced product and I believe nFlow fits this remit extremely well. We are also reacting to the demands placed by the European Legal market for access to solutions that can best meet the needs of the modern, focused firm.” Commented Leijnse of dFlow.
“Key to dFlow will be high level open communication channels with customers and vendors, extending the excellent customer service model that nFlow have established within the UK. We have good relationships in place with local PMS suppliers which will enable us to offer a full suite of integration. One of the key factors for selecting nFlow was product functionality; the Blackberry and Windows Mobile Integration, replication and disaster recovery capabilities are just some of the features that make nFlow digital dictation our preferred solution. We have a similar approach to nFlow and recognise the value of nFlow digital dictation as product that is easy to implement and excellent value with a short implementation time and excellent customer support.”
Rob Lancashire, nFlow Sales & Marketing Director commented “We are delighted to have had the opportunity to invest in dFlow. Not only does this reflect our commitment to the digital dictation market but it also highlights our continued growth and belief that nFlow digital dictation is set to grow at an even great rate as the preferred choice of law firms. It is encouraging that dFlow already have a number of prospects within the Bennelux region and they are clearly leveraging the substantial relationships they have within the European legal sector. We are confident that dFlow will be a great success.”
