Martineau Johnson choose nFlow

"'When we saw nFlow we liked the system immediately and decided to run a pilot trial of the software alongside our existing system. The results were so good the business case was immediately there to implement it firm wide.""
20th March 2005

Top 100 law firm Martineau Johnson are to roll out nFlow digital dictation to 238 users at their Birmingham & London offices. This follows a pilot trial with 35 users using both desktop client applications and portable dictation devices. The decision to implement nFlow is based on the developer's public commitment to a Microsoft Windows native dictation-recording format combined with the system's proven performance in the legal market and it's simple but functional interfaces. Future plans include delivering the system to users over Citrix as well as integration with Interwoven DMS.

Ken Agnew, Martineau Johnson IT Director commented, 'When we saw nFlow we liked the system immediately and decided to run a pilot trial of the software alongside our existing system. The results were so good the business case was immediately there to implement it firm wide. nFlow sealed the deal with their public commitment to a Microsoft Windows native dictation recording format. The practice appreciated that this meant the nFlow system kept our options open for the future. So far I think nFlow are still the only developer that have committed to this.'

Brian Lunnon, Martineau Johnson IT Manager added, 'Testing showed nFlow to be a very resilient and scalable system. It was very easy for the IT team to implement and our users have found the Microsoft Outlook style interfaces very simple to use. This simplicity was great when you consider the system has a better level of functionality than most other systems. As for support, we hardly know it is running.'

Martineau Johnson's decision to rollout nFlow underlines the systems continually growing success with top 300 law firms that have not yet implemented digital dictation. With a reputation for delivering simplicity, functionality, openness and high quality support, nFlow's total cost of ownership is proving second to none. It is fully expected that 2005 will see nFlow further cement its position as the main challenger for market leadership.
