Users at Bolton law firm Fieldings Porter have enthusiastically embraced an implementation of nFlow digital dictation, from business partners Mountain Software and nFlow. The implementation was done as part of a major upgrade to a Citrix based and dumb terminal infrastructure. Mountain Software, who already provides Fieldings Porter with practice management software, handled the Citrix upgrade as well working closely with nFlow to deliver the digital dictation solution.
The partnership between nFlow and Mountain Software, now over 2 years old, has yielded excellent results for both partners. Mountain Software's customers readily acknowledge the benefits delivered by Mountain Software's ability to supply the nFlow DDS solution with its other offerings particularly as nFlow can support multiple environments, including Citrix and Terminal Services.
Gill Robinson, IT Manager at Fieldings Porter, says, 'We were using a digital dictation system from another supplier, but that version did not support our Citrix environment. Whilst we could have upgraded to the latest version, we chose to replace it with nFlow because of the support and integration benefits we saw from the partnership between nFlow and Mountain Software. We have an excellent personal and working relationship with Mountain Software and the fact that we could bring another solution under that umbrella was extremely attractive. The nFlow system is popular with users as it works well and has delivered some great results. In addition, the way we interact with nFlow is very similar to the way we deal with the Mountain Software, making the whole relationship almost seamless. We have been very pleased with the results.'
