nFlow Garden Can Competition Rules

Competition rules

1. These rules include any instructions set out in of the competition details. By entering the competition the entrant will be deemed to have read and understood these rules and instructions and to be bound by them.
2. This competition is open to entrants in mainland UK aged 18 or over, excluding employees of the nFlow Software Ltd, employees of any affiliate company or any other person who is directly connected with this competition or their immediate family.
3. Only one entry per person is allowed.
4. Proof of sending by email is not proof of receipt of entries. No responsibility can be accepted for entries that are lost or delayed.
5. All entries must be in the form of a jpeg, gif or png format digital photograph emailed to info@nflow.com with the name of the competition clearly stated in the email subject line.
6. The closing date is as specified in the competition webpage www.nflow.com/thegrassisgreener . nFlow reserves the right to extend the closing date without notice.
7. Any entry which is late, incomplete, illegible or otherwise does not comply with the rules may be deemed invalid on the sole discretion of the nFlow Software Ltd.
8. Only grass grown in the medium supplied in the nFlow Garden Can will be accepted as valid entries.
9. The winner(s) will be chosen by the judges and will be formally notified within 21 days of the closing date. 
10. The winning entries may be validated by a visit from a member of nFlow Software Ltd staff. When viewed the nFlow Garden Can must be substantially in the same condition as that indicated in the photograph. Failure to facilitate this visit within the timescales requested by nFlow Software Ltd may result in disqualification of the winning entry and an alternative winner will be selected.
    Winners may be requested to take part in publicity associated with this competition. By submitting an entry the entrant confirms their agreement to this.
11. All entries will become the property of the nFlow Software Ltd upon receipt and will not be returned.
12. The judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
13. No cash alternative or alternative prize is available, but in the event of the prize being unavailable nFlow Software Ltd reserve the right to offer an alternative prize that is reasonably equivalent or better.
14. nFlow Software Ltd is the promoter of the competition. Neither nFlow Software Ltd nor any of their employees, agents or subcontractors shall have any liability whatsoever in connection with use and/or possession of the prize.
15. nFlow Software Ltd accepts no responsibility for acts or defaults of any third parties or of the suitability of the nFlow Garden Can.
16. nFlow Software reserves the right to change the rules of the competition or cancel it at any time without notice.
17. If any of these rules are deemed to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable, the affected rules shall be deleted from these Competition Rules but the remaining rules shall continue in full force and effect.
18. These Competition Rules and each Competition are governed by English law. Any disputes arising between the Company and any third party in relation to these Competition Rules and/or a Competition shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
