On Wednesday 11th June, staff at nFlow participated in the 5K Race for Business run through central Chelmsford in Essex to raise money for the Helen Rollason Heal Cancer Charity trust. The event saw more than 2000 runners take part, with all 7 members of the nFlow team, none of which are regular runners, finishing within an inspiring 45 minutes and raising much needed funds for the Cancer Charity.

nFlow's two fastest runners were Tony Moxham and Keith Sarti who completed the course impressively alongside the top quarter of fastest runners. This fantastic event, organised by Wollastons Solicitors has raised over £270,000 since the first race began in 1999, and thanks to businesses across the region and the dedicated staff at nFlow, this number is set to rise once again.
