nFlow, a leading supplier of digital dictation solutions today announced that Stones Solicitors, one of the South West’s largest firms, with 25 partners and five offices, has selected nFlow as its preferred digital dictation solution, ahead of the competition. Key to the implementation was the integration capabilities provided by nFlow, between Stones’ existing Dictaphone portables and the new digital solution.
Stones’ requirement to replace their incumbent system, Dictaphone, followed a formal process, short listing a number of leading Digital Dictation suppliers including nFlow. A number of factors differentiated nFlow from other suppliers, including cost, service and functionality. nFlow, increasingly recognised as an easy to buy, high quality solution, clearly demonstrated the technical and service requisites that are key to all forward thinking firms.
Anna Nicholas, Stones’ IT Manager said “We were impressed with the functionality of the nFlow solution, combined with the attractive price, this really was the most appealing option for the firm.”
Rob Lancashire, nFlow Sales and Marketing Director stated “The Stones implementation is a key win for nFlow. With more large firms in the South West using nFlow than any other system not only does it reflect our market leading position but it also highlights the quality and functionality of our solution, credibly displacing our competitors’.”
Stones added : “User acceptance has been extremely positive, with the interface ensuring that users are able to quickly adopt the system with very little need for training. In addition, the dictation equipment itself has proved to be reliable and of a high quality.
“Furthermore, the nFlow customer service and technical support has been excellent, coupled with the outstanding project management during rollout, we could not be happier with the overall service we have received from nFlow.”
