nFlow Software, specialists in digital dictation workflow software for the legal market, announced today that they have been successful in their bid to win the digital dictation pilot project at top city law firm Reynolds Porter Chamberlain. In what was probably the most hotly contested and certainly the most detailed digital dictation bid process of recent months, RPC analysed every aspect of the solutions they short listed, from the scalability and security to the resilience, user friendliness and overall cost of ownership.
'We decided to shortlist and tender for the project because we needed to ensure that the digital dictation system we selected fitted in with the typical working methods of lawyers and secretaries as well as meeting our strategic technical requirements' says RPC's IT Director, Julie Berry, 'we chose DictaFlow because the product meets all our requirements using industry standard technology as well as demonstrating best value for money when compared with the other solutions. nFlow, as the developer of the product, impressed us with their understanding of the legal profession and their flexibility.' nFlow's Rob Lancashire goes on to say 'This year has got off to a great start with DictaFlow consistently winning against its competitors. We are incredibly pleased to have been successful at RPC as the bid was so well contested. There are some very credible solutions in the market place now, so naturally to be chosen ahead of the others under such a detailed study is a great return on the significant amount of time that has gone into developing our legal specific solution'. After an initial testing period RPC plan to roll the solution out to all its fee earners and secretaries. nFlow Software is a UK based leading developer of dictation workflow management systems, working in close co-operation with law firms in the development of their legal specific solutions.
