nFlow announce very successful year end for 2006

"Following record financial and customer base growth throughout 2006, leading digital dictation supplier nFlow looks for continued success through excellence in customer service in 2007"
13th February 2007

nFlow, a leading developer of digital dictation solutions today announced financial results for 2006 that sees the company realise impressive growth in sales of over 55% in the 12 month period, another record year for nFlow, confirming its place in the top tier of digital dictation suppliers and validating its strategic differentiator as a company that makes digital dictation software easy to buy.

As a leading provider of digital dictation software, nFlow have witnessed a resurgence of interest within the top 250 legal market, with 5 new customer wins including Burges Salmon, Porter Dodson and Tods Murray. Alongside nFlow has continued to see strong and continued growth in the mid tier sector, with wins such as Gregg Latchams WRH and Downs reinforcing nFlow’s position as one of the most popular solutions in this sector. This is marked by a large increase in new customer installations over the previous year corresponding with a 40% increase in software licence sales.

nFlow attribute this continued success to the ‘simplicity and ease of implementation’ that the solution requires. Customers often comment on how easy the entire sales and implementation process is, ultimately ensuring quick deployment and return on investment.

Success can also be accredited to nFlow’s award winning customer focused approach. Unlike many other suppliers, nFlow pay particular attention to customers, ensuring ongoing high quality support throughout the entire relationship. In the last year nFlow has continued to invest in its support service, increasing its customer services team by 30% and installing a sophisticated new support system, e-Service Desk from ICCM. Combined, this will offer customers an elevated level of service, with even better response times and customer focused development.

From a technological stand point, nFlow is already recognised as one of the most innovative providers of digital dictation workflow solutions and are promising record investment in research and development for 2007. Based on continual feedback from the market and client base, nFlow are looking to make continued advancements in the features and functionality of their solution that will again set standards.
