nFlow team races for business

A team of three runners from digital dictation developer nFlow completed the 5k Race for Business charity run in uncomfortable conditions at the start of June. The run, organised by Essex solicitors Wollastons, saw 453 teams running on a very warm evening to raise money for the Helen Rollason Heal Cancer Charity. The nFlow team managed to achieve a very respectable 158th position, with Jane Ashley, Keith Sarti and Tony Moxham all putting in good times, despite admitting that they were not the fittest bunch.
