Top 100 law firm Fladgate Fielder has rolled out nFlow's digital dictation (DDS) solution in its central London offices. nFlow says that its combination of strong technology and best customer focus, for which it won a Legal Technology award early this year, defined its difference as a supplier who would deliver the DDS solution Fladgates required.
Commenting on the project, Fladgate Fielder Head of IT, Chris Stedman says, "None of the other suppliers we considered offered the same level of customer focus. Having rolled out the system, it is evident that nFlow thoroughly deserve their reputation for client service. They have delivered a DDS product that is stable, simple to use and flexible."
Mr Stedman continues, "As an IT team, we strive to offer integrated technology to our users and nFlow understood this from the start of the project. They have worked closely with our internal development team to provide enhancements and to ensure that the product is fully integrated with our existing systems".
In addition to integrating nFlow DDS with Fladgate's PMS Aderant CMS Open, a considerable achievement was the integration with Interwoven v8 DMS which has included pre selection for the secretary of the workspace concept in v8, enhancing the matter centric operation of the two systems.
Head of HR at Fladgate Fielder, Jean Major says "The project had a clear objective from a HR perspective of leveraging the benefits of DD as soon as possible. The nFlow team helped us to achieve this by advising on practical implementation matters as part of their routine customer service."
