Digital Dictation developer nFlow and Case Management developer Visualfiles have integrated their respective products together to create a seamless document production solution which law firms are saying is the next logical step. The integration, which took only 6 weeks to develop from first discussion, uses both companies' developer toolkits to create a process which is very automated.
Commenting on the integration Rob Lancashire of nFlow said, 'Digital dictation is often seen by fee earners as slower than tapes because they genuinely believe they have to do more work in adding information for each dictation. nFlow has led the market in trying to minimise this in its own interfaces but we have always believed integration with other systems is the key. This delivers all the additional benefits DDS can offer without the fee earner having to do any more than they did with tapes. In fact they probably have to do less.
